The KR-939B fan safety monitor, when used in conjunction with the
KR-939SB integrated three parameter combination probe, can perform
online safety monitoring of mechanical vibration, gearbox
lubricating oil temperature, and lubricating oil level during the
operation of the cooling tower fan.
The combination sensing technology and digital encoding technology
used in this monitor realize the bus connection method between the
host and the probe. Through a four core cable, eight probes can be
connected in parallel for a long distance, and up to 24 safe
operating parameters of eight wind turbine equipment can be
monitored online. It also completes various functions such as alarm
interlocking shutdown and network communication.
In addition to ensuring the safe operation of wind turbine
equipment online, this product can also predict the occurrence and
causes of equipment failures through analysis of monitoring data,
eliminate accidents in the bud, and provide quantitative basis for
maintenance.
I. KR-939SB type three parameter combination probe
This probe is an integrated four wire combination probe that
senses, amplifies, compensates, and transmits three parameters: oil
temperature, oil level, and vibration Its digital encoding
technology enables parallel connection of multiple probes on a
transmission line

II. KR-9 39B Fan Monitor Host
1. Monitoring object:
*Oil temperature measurement range 0-100 ℃, maximum error 2 ℃
*Oil level measurement range: -10~40mm, (0mm is the lower limit of
normal oil level) maximum error 3mm
*Vibration measurement range: 0-20mm/s (displayed value is the true
effective value (RMS) of vibration velocity, bandwidth 10-1000HZ),
maximum error 1mm/s
2. Monitoring method:
*Automatic inspection method: Automatically patrol and monitor
various parameters of each fan according to scheduled requirements
*Timing range: 1 to 99 seconds per point (the minimum dwell time at
the oil level measuring point during automatic inspection is 4
seconds, and the minimum dwell time at the vibration measuring
point is 2 seconds)
*Manual mode: In manual mode, you can select any parameter of a fan
for inspection, and the dwell time is arbitrary
3. Alarm function:
Abnormal fan operating parameters can generate oil temperature
upper limit alarm, oil level lower limit alarm, and vibration upper
limit alarm signals respectively, and cause the corresponding alarm
electrical contacts to act, quickly shutting down the faulty fan
(electrical contact capacity is AC220V, 3A). The alarm values can

4. Calibration function: The calibration function can correct the

networked operation with multiple KR-939B monitors

communication cables)
*Communication distance: better than 5 kilometers
*Number of hanging devices: Each communication line can be
connected to a maximum of 15 KR-939B safety monitors, and at the
same time, 15 KR-933 wind turbine intelligent monitors can be
connected

management computer and each monitor
